1. Introduction 

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Mundo Meta Limited (“MUNDOCRYPTO” “we”, “us” or “our“), which operates the ecosystem of websites and apps dedicated to the provision of learn-to-earn services (collectively and individually referenced as the “Platform”). 

MUNDOCRYPTO is an education platform focused on creating the new era of web 3.0 and blockchain experts. Our mission is to be the first platform that connects instructors with students, rewarding students and encouraging them to learn. 

MUNDOCRYPTO applies a learn-to-earn model to incentivize users to learn and be rewarded while doing so. More information about us and our model can be found here: https://mundocrypto.gitbook.io/mundocrypto/. 

Your use of the Platform is governed by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy https://mundocrypto.com/PrivacyPolicy and Cookies Policy https://mundocrypto.com/CookiesPolicy, which describe the personal information that we collect and how we use and share it. The Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy are an integral part of these Terms of Use and shall be understood in conjunction with them.  

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY, AS THEY GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING, BROWSING AND USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. 

2. Access to and use of the Platform 

The Platform may be freely accessed, browsed and used by users over the age of 13. 

To access, browse and use certain elements of the Platform, you may be required to register on the Platform by creating an account, registering through social media accounts, or connecting your wallet, as described below. Only users over the age of 18 can register. 

Account creation 

In order to create your account, you can use traditional login methods, either by including an email and choosing your password or by signing in via certain social media accounts. Once you have created your account, you can complete the rest of your profile data when desired.  

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities relating to or in connection with your account or password. You agree that the information you provide to MUNDOCRYPTO, whether at registration or at any other time, will be true, accurate, current, and complete. You also undertake to maintain the accuracy and currency of this information at all times. If you have reasons to believe that your account is no longer secure and/or has been compromised (e.g., in the event of a loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of your account ID or password), then you agree to immediately notify MUNDOCRYPTO at info@mundocrypto.com. You shall be liable for the losses incurred by MUNDOCRYPTO or others due to any unauthorized use of your account. 

Registration through social media accounts 

You may also register with social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, etc.). You are subject by the relevant social media’s terms governing its services and their processing of personal data and you agree to comply with them. You are solely responsible for your interactions with and use of the relevant social media services and MUNDOCRYPTO takes no responsibility whatsoever in relation to such services and and/or the processing of personal data by those third-party providers. If you register with your social media account, you agree that MUNDOCRYPTO may access and process some information related to your social media account as described in our Privacy Policy https://mundocrypto.com/PrivacyPolicy.  

Connect your wallet 

Wallets allow users to send and receive cryptocurrencies like bitcoin and ether, storing their passwords or keys.  

You can connect your wallet by selecting this option in the upper right corner of the Platform and choose the wallet of your preference to connect (if you cannot find the wallet of your preference, please contact us at info@mundocrypto.com). You will be able to link up to five different wallets to your profile, but one of them will have to be selected as the default wallet to earn rewards. Once you have connected your wallet, you will be prompted to complete the rest of your profile data if desired. Note that you can choose not to provide any additional information if you connect your wallet. However, if you do not provide additional information, we might not be able to address your queries and/or provide answers.  

When connecting with your wallet, you consent that MUNDOCRYPTO visualizes your funds only. We will never ask you to provide us access to your funds or to allow us to carry out any action regarding your funds other than visualization. If you receive any request for access to your funds or a similar request that appears to be from MUNDOCRYPTO, it is not from us. In these cases, do not respond or accept, and contact us at info@mundocrypto.com to let us know. 

If you have any incidence while creating your account or connecting your wallet, please contact us through info@mundocrypto.com. 

You are not permitted to access other users’ account in the Platform or register using their social media profile or wallets, and you will not allow other users to access your account in the Platform or register through your social media or wallets. You will not create nor will allow others to register via bots or other automated means, and you will not perform nor allow others to perform any other fraudulent activity affecting the registration. Once registered, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you log out or disconnect your wallet at the end of each session.

3. Conditions and restrictions of use 

You may access, browse, and use the Platform to access, request and leverage any of the information, services and functionalities available on the Platform. 

You may only access, browse and use the Platform for the abovementioned purposes in accordance with the conditions set forth herein, and in compliance with any applicable legal or regulatory requirement. 

If you fail to comply with the above, MUNDOCRYPTO reserves the right to take all actions it deems necessary against any party involved without notice, in order to claim and defend its rights and prevent such unauthorised use, including, but not limited to, suspend your access and/or account in the Platform, using blocking technology and/or issuing legal proceedings. 

In particular, but not limited to, you agree not to:  

• Use the Platform to or in a manner that violates any applicable laws or any regulations having the force of law, the rights of third parties (namely but not limited to, image, privacy, and intellectual property rights) or against good faith, ethics or public order, including by furthering or promoting criminal or illegal activities, or convey any racist, xenophobic, violent, malicious, rude, obscene or unlawful content. 
• Use the Platform to or in a manner that diverts the Platform from its intended purpose (access, request, and leverage any of the information, services and functionalities available on the Platform) or use the Platform for any purpose other than for private, non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing by MUNDOCRYPTO. 

• Use the Platform to or in a manner that interferes with or disrupts the Platform, its servers or systems and networks, or engages in any type of activity that may cause an unnecessary or disproportionate saturation of the Platform’s infrastructure, including, without limitation, by transmitting, installing or publishing viruses, malicious code or other harmful programs or files, causing damages, interruptions, inefficiencies or defects in its operation or in a third party’s device, obtaining or attempting to access to any materials or information not intentionally made available or provided for through the Platform. 
• Access, browse or use the Platform from a country in which MUNDOCRYPTO would be prohibited from granting you access to the Platform under applicable laws and regulations, and to use a virtual private network service, IP routing services or another such service to avoid this restriction. 
• Advertise, promote, or offer to sell or buy any products and/or services for any business purpose that is not specifically authorized, or that may compete with the brand(s) displayed on the Platform. 
• Collect personal data from other users of the Platform by any means without their express consent or disclose any information that may directly or indirectly allow the identification of an individual without their express consent. 
• Use the Platform for political, propaganda or proselytizing purposes. 

• Use any system or software for the purposes of extracting, without limitation, any content, element, material, feature, information or data from the Platform, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise (“screen scraping”). 

4. Intellectual Property rights 

For the purposes of these Terms of Use and, in particular, of this Section, “Intellectual Property” shall mean, without limitation, patents, utility models, designs, distinctive signs, trademarks, trade names, corporate names, logos, domain names, copyrights and related rights, databases, software, hardware, circuits designs or outlines, trade secrets and know-how. When reference is made to Intellectual Property rights, these will include other ownership rights or rights with an equivalent effect in any part of the world and any right on them (registered or not or registrable or not), as well as applications, registrations, extensions, and renewals in relation to any of these rights in any part of the world. 

The Platform includes content, elements, materials, features or information (e.g., without limitation, visual interfaces, graphics, designs, compilations, computer code -including source code or object code-, educational videos, exercises and trademarks) that are subject to Intellectual Property rights and laws (for the purposes of this Section, collectively, “Content“). You understand and acknowledge that MUNDOCRYPTO holds the exclusive ownership or the appropriate licenses or title over the Intellectual Property rights of the Platform and its Content. 

In some cases, the Platform may contain third-party Content which is protected by Intellectual Property rights under the ownership of such third parties. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, MUNDOCRYPTO will never be liable in any way for any third-party’s Content in the Platform, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in the Content or any loss or damage of any kind suffered as a consequence of the use of any such Content. 

You are hereby granted an authorization to access, browse and use the Platform and its Content, limited to the extent strictly necessary to allow such access, browse and use under the terms set forth in these Terms of Use. Nothing in these Terms of Use or the Platform shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any of MUNDOCRYPTO’s or any third-party’s Intellectual Property displayed on the Platform or its Content, without our prior written permission in each instance unless otherwise expressly set forth herein. MUNDOCRYPTO retains all rights on the Intellectual Property, the Platform and the Content not expressly granted herein. 

5. User generated content  

We may make available on the Platform spaces dedicated for the users to upload, submit, share, display or otherwise publish (hereinafter, “upload”) content such as text, comments or opinions, feedback, information, data, photos, videos, software, music, sound, etc. (user generated content or “UGC”). 

All and any UGC that you upload to the Platform is strictly your responsibility. By uploading to the Platform you declare that you have obtained all the necessary authorizations, licenses or titles and you hereby grant MUNDOCRYPTO to the maximum extent permitted by law, a royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, transferable, worldwide license to use that UGC, including, without limitation, to reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works based on, distribute, perform or display such UGC, in whole or in part, in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising and promotional purposes. 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless MUNDOCRYPTO from and against any and all liability and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to any UGC that you upload to the Platform. You must offer all reasonable assistance in the defense of any such claim. MUNDOCRYPTO reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. 

MUNDOCRYPTO maintains the right (but not the duty) to reject, block or remove from the Platform any UGC, in whole or in part, which contravenes the foregoing. 

If you find any UGC on the Platform which you think that may (i) infringe your rights or those of third parties, or (ii) in any way contravene these Terms of Use or the applicable laws, ethics, or public order, you may use the following channel to notify this to us so we can take any necessary measures: info@mundocrypto.com. 

6. Liability 

We shall use our best efforts to always maintain access to the Platform but we cannot guarantee its permanent availability. For instance, we may be required to temporarily suspend access to all or part of the Platform, particularly for technical and maintenance purposes. In addition, we shall use our best efforts to keep all relevant information on the Platform accurate and up to date but we cannot guarantee this at all times. 

In addition, the internet and telecommunication networks are not error-free and interruptions and failures can occur. These interruptions and failures are outside MUNDOCRYPTO’s control. We cannot provide guarantees in this regard and shall not be held liable for any damage that may relate to the use of the internet and telecommunication networks, such as, for instance, damages derived from internet malfunctions or from a defective transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information via the internet or from defects of your equipment or the communications network equipment. Any charges for Internet access services are solely your responsibility. 

Furthermore, MUNDOCRYPTO will make its best efforts to ensure the Platform is provided free of errors and viruses and to avoid incidents, and implements the security measures required by applicable legislation but MUNDOCRYPTO cannot offer further guarantees in this regard. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude any and all damages caused, without limitation, by computer viruses or third-party hacks or intrusions or incidents. 

Nothing that is set forth in this document shall limit or exclude our liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injuries or damages, nor any other liability that may not be limited or excluded by law. Without prejudice to the foregoing, our liability shall be limited to direct damage, excluding any other damage or loss whatsoever (including, without limitation, any indirect damage relating to any loss of profit, revenue or goodwill), to the extent permitted by applicable laws. This provision shall not be interpreted as a limitation or exclusion of liability in those cases where it is not permitted by law. 

7. Third-party websites 

Links or other access to other websites and online resources may be provided within the Platform. Such websites and resources are not owned by nor within the control of MUNDOCRYPTO. You are solely responsible for your interactions with third parties while using the Platform, as well as for your access and use of third-party websites and resources, and you agree that MUNDOCRYPTO is not liable for any loss or claim that you may have against any such third party. You are responsible to carefully read the terms of use of such websites or resources. You acknowledge that before accessing or using any of such websites or resources, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness, or utility, you must evaluate them and assume all risks involved. 

8. Privacy 

MUNDOCRYPTO’s Privacy Policy https://mundocrypto.com/PrivacyPolicy and Cookies Policy https://mundocrypto.com/CookiesPolicy apply to any personal information you provide on or through the Platform. Please read MUNDOCRYPTO’s Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy carefully for information relating to MUNDOCRYPTO’s collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.

10. Miscellanea  

10.1. Modification of the Terms of Use. MUNDOCRYPTO may amend the content of these Terms of Use from time to time for the purposes of: 

1. adapting the Terms of Use to any regulatory or legislative provisions in force or in the process of being adopted; 

2. adapting the Terms of Use to any decision of a judicial body, a consumer agency or body, or of any other competent authority, which affects the Platform or its content; 

3. preventing abuses or damages or for security reasons; 

4. making amendments to the wording of these Terms of Use (for instance, to correct grammatical or orthographic mistakes), to the extent that such amendments do not alter the content or meaning of these Terms of Use; 

5. reflecting any legal changes, updates, improvements or changes to the services, to the Platform or to its content. 

MUNDOCRYPTO will provide prior notice of any amendment to these Terms before they become applicable via a general notice in the Platform, unless MUNDOCRYPTO is legally obliged to make the amendments immediately. If users do not accept the new conditions, they are free to stop using the Platform and/or delete your account. Otherwise, the proposed amendments will be deemed as accepted.  

10.2. Severability.

If, in any jurisdiction, any provision of these Terms of Use or their application to any party or circumstance is restricted, prohibited or unenforceable, such provision shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective without invalidating the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use and without affecting the validity or enforceability of such provisions in any other jurisdiction or without affecting its application to other parties or circumstances. Where possible, any such provision shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and be interpreted and applied to a lesser extent, where necessary to be valid.
